LRT service starts at 6:00 AM on both Saturday and Sunday.
From the West (Tunney’s Pasture):
Take the LRT eastbound and get off at either Rideau or uOttawa station.
From Rideau Station: Walk toward the Defence Building, then continue east for about 5 minutes to reach the Desmarais Building.
From uOttawa Station:Walk west toward the Rideau Centre for about 10 minutes to reach the Desmarais Building.
From the East (Blair):
Get off at uOttawa Station and walk west toward the Rideau Centre for about 10 minutes
to reach the Desmarais Building.
Free street parking is available on Wilbrod Street and Stewart Street (spaces may fill quickly).
Paid parking ($9/day) is available near the intersection of Cumberland Street and Wilbrod Street: Payment is via the HotSpot parking app (no pay booths available). Download the app in advance to save time.
Underground parking is available at the Desmarais Building: Payment can be made via the HotSpot app or at the pay booth. Access from Laurier Avenue by turning onto Nicholas Street (from either direction). The underground parking entrance will be on your right.
Tip: Parking may take extra time, especially if you need to download the app—plan to arrive early.
